Lens Kühleitner (they/them) is a Vienna based non-binary Performance Artist and Musician, working with sound, video and movement - weaving pop into techno and pop’ing up thoughts into a mellow melodic muddle. 

As Lan Rex they have released two EP's with the Label Tender Matter.
The latter has been a commissioned work by the Festival for Clubculture 'Hyperrealiy' in 2022. Live Shows include concerts at Popfest Wien 22, ImPuls Tanz Festival 21.
Together with Manu Mayr they form the Duo TEARING which released their first Album 'all sides find insides' in January 2024


Lens Kühleitner is a Sound Designer and Live Musician in the fields of Performance, Dance, Theatre, and Film.

They were part of the PARASOL Dance Company of Tanzquartier Wien 2023 and are chair member of Pink Noise, organization for feminist pop-cultural activities, and have formerly worked in youth work.
